The property was beautifully kept, very homely and very clean. The owners were super helpful with their information sent about the property before we got there including videos of where everything is and how to change gas bottle etc

The caravan was very clean and very nicely warm. The heaters were working perfectly

We had no hot water in the shower and could not use the shower during out stay which was the only negative side

The caravan is beautiful. It has everything you need and more. The host Christine is lovely, the communication we got from her was fabulous. It’s very nice and modern inside. It was very clean, spacious the beds were super comfy. I would highly recommend to everyone. We are already looking at booking again.

"Accommodation OK but disappointed that we were not fully made aware of the Park facilities situation."

We were attending a wedding in Patrington Village and the location was convenient for this.

There were no facilities on the site available due to a fire which had occurred in the Entertainments/Country Club block. We were not fully aware of this before we travelled. There was no information about this on Booking.com. There was also no mention of this on the Patrington Haven website other than a notification if you tried to book any of the facilities. We had hoped to use the Bar, Restaurant and Swimming Pool. We were told there was a bar/diner in a Marquee but this closed on 4 November.
