USLocation. Decor. Cleanliness. The house was tastefully decorated and very charming.
No internet the whole time we were there. We arrived on Friday. Contacted the host to let him know we had no internet or tv. He said there had been a storm that fried the modem. There was a lot of back and forth texting. Bottom line a modem showed up on the front porch on Monday. My husband installed it but still no internet. We left Tuesday. If it was my house I would have gone to spectrum myself on Friday. got a new modem, installed it and made sure it was working. No effort was made to do any of this. It was very inconvenient as our two grandchildren were with us and didn’t have tv the whole time.
USWe loved the location and the lovely layout and decor of the home! It was very cozy and inviting …literally a home away from home. Checkin process was a breeze. There is a keyless entry installed and the owner sends you the code to get in on the day of your check in time. The bedrooms were spacious, beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms were spa-like. There was adequate amount of linens, blankets and towels. Kitchen was perfect with great appliances, coffee and Virtuo Nespresso makers. The owners provided nice amenities which made our stay more comfortable. Easy Wi-Fi access; Roku for streaming services. Fireplace in Master Bedroom was divine! Owners were available to answer questions via Booking.com text thread. This is the perfect place to stay with your family!
Fence in back yard needs repair, some pickets were broken or missing, which is a concern for those with small pets. Grass in front yard was overgrown, needed cutting to promote this charming house’s curb appeal.
