First floor apartment with sea view, Costa Teguise

Nevera pequeña, y la cama aunque era cómoda hacía ruido al moverse y sobre todo al levantarse.

La propreté de l’appartement et de l’ensemble de la résidence (piscine comprise) était irréprochable. La vue sur mer est tout simplement top. On trouve tout se qu’il faut autour de l’appartement, supermarché, restaurant, pharmacie ……. La promenade sur la mer est accessible en 2 mn, idéale pour le running ou la balade

Was excellent location with a lovely view. Short walking distance to supermarket and restaurants. In the back of the swimming pool was access to a beach promenade.

A little tired in places but location overcame this

We had a fantastic six-week stay at this apartment in the Apartamentos Las Coronas complex in Costa Teguise. The complex itself is beautifully maintained, with a large, deep pool and a pool bar offering drinks, food, and music most afternoons. The location is perfect for anyone who loves the coast, as it offers direct access to the seaside pedestrian route (paseo marítimo). We thoroughly enjoyed the flexibility of short walks into the town centre or longer excursions to Arrecife and beyond. The route is also excellent for cycling or scooters, with a largely uninterrupted 20km+ path along the coastline. The apartment is spacious, spotlessly clean (easily the cleanest we’ve ever stayed in), and well-equipped with a full kitchen, including an oven, hob, microwave, and plenty of storage. The dual terraces are a real highlight: the southwest-facing terrace overlooks the pool with uninterrupted sea views and enjoys the sun from mid-morning to late afternoon in winter—perfect for relaxing or dining al fresco. The smart TV and Wi-Fi were more than adequate for streaming, and having weekly thorough cleanings added to the comfort. The host was exceptional—friendly, incredibly responsive, and respectful of our privacy. A few points to consider: The apartment is on the second floor, accessed by two flights of stairs, which might be unsuitable for those with mobility issues. The fridge is on the smaller side, but with two nearby Hiperdino supermarkets, shopping for fresh supplies was simple. There are no sun loungers at the apartment itself, but there are plenty available at the pool. While the apartment lacks air conditioning, this wasn’t an issue in winter, as opening the front and rear patio doors created a refreshing through breeze. Lastly, the neighboring Radisson Blu hosts nightly entertainment from 21:00 to 23:00, which can be lively, though it always ends promptly.

Location brilliant...apartment clean and spacious and had most things required....nice touch with few bits left for us by the host...wifi good...prompt responses from host.

There were ants everywhere..even on dining table... The fridge is too small for a family of four. The bed is too creaky. There should be two sun loungers provided for out the back to make use of the second balcony....also the entertainment at the hotel next door kept us awake most nights as it was so loud and went on late.

Federico is an excellence host.Everything was great. The apartment's location is excellent, with a store, pub, and restaurant nearby. The beach is also close, so we could easily walk there. Costa Teguise is also within a 15-minute walk. The pool is very nice and large, and there were always sunbeds available. The apartment itself is well-equipped, making it easy to prepare a simple lunch. Everything was clean and met all our needs. It is very modern and beautifully furnished.
