Hayling Hideaway, private cosy annex near to beach

goegeous newly fitted out studio flat with very comfy bed & sofa, generous breakfast hamper, netflix, homely feel with throws, cushions, flowers & decorations, very helpful owner simon who explained walking routes on the island,

The hosts had thought of every little detail. Brilliant location

All of it. Quiet, cosy, clean. Kelly and Simon are lovely hosts and very helpful with recommendations and any local information we were looking for. There was a lovely welcome back waiting for us which was so kind and set us up for breakfast the next morning, along with a lovely, fresh, bunch of flowers. We both slept so well there. Everything is spotlessly clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend the Hayling hideaway. :)

It was perfect for our stay.

Lovely hosts, very clean and well stocked. Comfy bed and quality shower also very close to the beach and friendly cafe / restaurants. Great value and experience - would definately stay again.

Absolutley perfect, We were welcomed by the host in person - something rare in times of key locks! Felt really welcomed, a breakfast starter kit was added to the well-euipped kitchen. Lovely room, tastefully decorated. Great for us ! Thanks again!

So well set up and clean, with everything you could need for a self contained and cosy stay. It was a bonus too to have the breakfast bits, made it relaxing. We were at a wedding nearby and it was a lovely place to come back to, to stay, and it was also really helpful to be able to go in a little bit before to leave our bags and get changed. It was good to have a parking space and private entrance. Thank you.

Nothing really. Note, it's adjoining the owners' house so you might hear a bit of movement when in the private entrance bit but that didn't affect our stay in the accommodation.

The breakfast "basket" was well stocked, and there was fresh milk and orange juice and jam in the fridge.

It was a little dark as there were only two windows overlooking a passageway, but for a one-night stay this didn't really bother us. There didn't seem to be a teatowel, only a kitchen handtowel. Again, for a one-night stay this was of little consequence.

There was a very welcome breakfast basket with cereal and croissants and tea , coffee , sugar and milk was supplied which was great ,parking space for a car , excellent location just a 5 minute walk to the beach & shops & restaurants , & lovely surrounding area

everything was as expected & more so no negatives
