The location was great on champions gate and communications with the owner when needed response time was quick.

I would have liked the cleaning to be a bit more thorough as I felt like I couldn't relax, pillows had marks on them, carpets had been vacuumed as you could see the lines in the carpet pile but it wasn't done around the edges of the skirting for example so made it feel unclean. Shower pressure wasn't that good either.

The house was very comfortable. Very clean. Well organized. It had everything we needed. There were even beach towels available. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay. And thank you very much for all the details which made us feel at home. There were garbish bags. Toilet paper. Clothe detergent. Even the tissues to place inside the dryer for nice smelling. Beautiful decorations. Very comfortable sofas. Wonderful beds. Everything exceeded my expectations. Ohh and lots of space!!!

As a suggestion I would have love to control separately the Aircon. I mean having the possibility to turn off downstairs and leave it on just on the second floor. Maybe it was just me not understanding how to handle it properly. The second suggestion is a hunger to hang clothes which do not go into dryer. I couldn't find one. The third suggestion is in relation to pool cleaners. It would be nice to know ahead when the person is going to show up. I was not expecting anyone and suddenly there was a person cleaning the house pool. Took me by surprise. The person enter at rear. These are only suggestions because I must say that everything exceeded our expectations.

Beautiful home. Lots of beds. Plenty of parking. Beds were comfortable. Having your own pool and hot tub was really great. Both got lots of use. It is a short drive to amenities. Lots of space for large families. We were short on bath towels and someone did bring more the next day. There is a ping pong table in the garage. Everyone played and really enjoyed it.

The only bad thing was getting anywhere outside the property takes a while. I4 is terrible traffic all day and into the evening. Be prepared to sit in traffic. The sliding glass door lock did not work and the Ignition button on the grill did not work. I let the owner/company know about those issues. I did see a couple of bugs in the house but it’s Florida’s so I kind of expected it.

The spaciousness was really what we needed

Things weren’t cleaned like they were suppose too. There was dust on the things in the living room. We swept old chips from the room with the ping pong table and there was dust bunnies under the furniture and old m&m’s and chips with dirt inside the couch
