Villa Giglio with Garden and Mini Pool by Rentbeat

Het verblijf bevindt zich in een afgesloten zone (bewaakte zone, met slagboom). Het is gelegen in een soort vakantiepark (dat was niet duidelijk in de omschrijving). Je hebt een kaart om in en uit te rijden. De villa ligt op wandelafstand (5 minuten) van zee, wat een troef is. Het zwembad dient enkel om af te koelen want is te klein. De villa is mooi en ruim, heeft alle faciliteiten maar kan een opfrisbeurt gebruiken (de bedden/matrassen)

Near to the beach. The garden was beautiful.

First- we pay 3 days before check in and then we got a heavy contract from the agency which is on the border of damaging our rights and charging us for everything. we had to take pictures of all our documents and separately take selfies with our IDs which is warning. Only then did you receive the instructions to find the villa. the villa is in a gated complex and the guards there were not alerted that we were guests. it was difficult to contact the agency with messages because if you call on the phone and according to them it is not urgent, you will pay 20 euros. No coffee machine, no washing machine, two of doors couldn't close, one of the toilets cannot be flushed. Not very clean in the kitchen. It was very hot. The air-conditions ware only in the leaving rooms. the fourth bedroom is actually in a small outbuilding away from the house with no windows. Very dirty pool.

The host is very nice. The beach is very close, the garden is beautiful, large and equipped, the house has comfortable beds and many wardrobes.
