Équipement très satisfaisant, accueil et conseils de Mariola très satisfaisant et très réactifs Très bien placé proche de la marina et des restaurants et des commerces

Le bruit dans la rue le soir lié au restaurant en bas de la rue. Manque double vitrage aux fenêtres

La ubicación, muy próximo casi pegado, a la zona del Charco, lugar céntrico, vistoso y agradable con terrazas y restaurantes para comer y cenar. Tb la disponibilidad de la anfitriona Mariola, siempre atenta y con voluntad de agradar y hacer mejor la estancia solucionando al momento cualquier problema o duda. Amplitud en interiores y terraza.

No hay aire acondicionado, se suple en parte, con ventiladores en cada estancia, pero obviamente no es lo mismo.

El apartamento está muy limpio y cuidado, y cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. La zona es inmejorable, a un minuto de todos los restaurantes del Charco y de la zona peatonal del centro. Mariola estuvo pendiente de todo lo que necesitáramos.

Es bastante caluroso por su ubicación (se entiende, ya que nos hospedamos en pleno verano) y solo tiene ventiladores.

Host was really responsive and welcoming. Apartment is in a very central location. It's great to have a balcony to watch to the world go.by. We will recommend.to friends and family.

It would have been really useful if a booklet of information (such as how to work the cooker, location of the washing machine, where to dispose of rubbish, local restaurants & bars with any recommendations, local map etc) was included in the apartment.. Surprised for a well equipped apartment, there were no glasses at all!

The property was in great condition, very modern, had everything needed for a short stay and the location was ideal,

Great to be in the city but that closeness to the city did mean it was quite loud at night

Everything was superb from start to finish and the communication from Mariola was first class & also a thank you to her sister Estrella for helping us out. The location is perfect for a trip to Arrecife, right next to the Charco San Gines and the main shopping street, a short walk to the marina and just a bit further if you fancy a day at the beach but on this occasion we spent our time sunbathing on the fantastic roof terrace. The Lanzarote Open Mall is also just a short walk away and also the bus stops that will take you to Costa Teguise or Puerto del Carmen. The restaurants around the Charco are great and there are many to choose from and we also loved cafe Plazuela at the Plaza de la Constitucion. We would definitely return to the apartment if we are ever back in Arrecife.
