No Parking !!!! No elevador !! There is definitely no 24hr costumer service. Number listed on the website is wrong number …

The worst experience ever. The bathroom has a terrible smell, even with the window open all day. No wall hanger anywhere in the house. We put the jackets on bed or chairs. No wall hanger to let your clothes or towel during shower. The wardrobe from main bedroom was something from first world war, dirty and broken. The sofa in the living was broken and impracticable. So 2 of us doesn't have place to sleep, even if we payed for. Also the last 3 days there was no hot water, and we took shower with cold water.

Even if I announce the host from first moment about all problems, she never answered till our last evening ( we stayed 5 nights in this accomodation). 5 nights - 6 days we have to figure by ourselves all these situations mentioned before. The owner answer was that everything was perfect till our arrival, because she verified all house before our arrival. So, insted apologize, the host claimed ( indirect) that we have damaged all house somehow. Or, how to understand that? I want to mention also, that we are traveling a lot and rent houses often. Everytime we are very careful with things from houses and we are trying to leave as clean as possible.

Ótima localização (prox ao metrô). Apartamento super confortável, equipado para realizar refeições rápidas. Já tinha produtos (desde detergente a shampoo/sabonete) caso chegue em um horário que o mercado estiver fechado. Estava limpo e organizado.

Para quem for com muitas malas ou pesadas pode sofrer um pouquinho porque não tem elevador.

La tele no funcionaba, el único inconveniente sobre todo para los peques. Y Almeida ha pintado de verde todo Carabanchel, y ha puesto parquímetro....
