Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly helpful and always ready to assist with a smile, which really made the experience feel welcoming and stress-free. The location is fantastic-perfectly situated and convenient for getting around and exploring the area. The rooms were lovely and spotlessly clean, making it a comfortable place to relax after a long day. Overall, a great stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting. Looking forward to coming back!

The room was amazing, with a huge and extremely comfortable bed. The bathroom was very nice, and the pool was great. Breakfast was fantastic, and the pizzas at the restaurant were honestly some of the best we’ve ever had. Overall, it really feels like a 5-star experience, yet still very affordable for European travelers. The location is also quite convenient.

The air conditioning was a bit too strong at times.

Elegant and exceptionally clean. Has a royal Hue feel. Superb breakfast buffet with local and Western options. Room service food was tasty too. Near the Perfume River. Lovely pool with three depths. Large kids club (parents need to supervise at this one) with lots of toys and clothes for dress up and cute kids bathroom. Very spacious adjoining rooms for a family with a bath in the children’s hotel room. Excellent laundry services. Efficient and helpful staff. Nice spa on site.

More pool lounge chairs needed. Also suggest adding signage letting guests know that they can’t ’reserve’ lounge chairs by placing belongings there when they are not even at the pool - saw a few examples of some guests doing that which meant others who were actually at the pool missed out. Some of the check in staff were a little serious, but still polite and efficient.
