Fresh smartly designed Studio Flat & sunny balcony

The arrival instructions were incredibly clear and easy to follow. The apartment is perfectly arranged: comfortable bed, a small table with 2 chairs for us to share as a desk as we needed to work and have online meetings, a sunny balcony with chairs and table, there was a clothes airer which was very useful to dry our clothes when we did some laundry, and the Indesit washing machine in the bathroom worked well. There was even laundry detergent for us to use. Everything was spotlessly clean, plenty of hot water, aircon/heating if we needed, kettle, fridge, and a well equipped series of kitchen cupboards and utensils for cooking. The 2B Tram stops outside. The 23 stops just around the corner. Both go up to the city centre which takes about 15 minutes. We found a wonderful sushi restaurant (Sakura) about 8 mins walk away from the apartment. We chose the apartment because it was a 10 minute walk from where we had to attend a workshop. IT was really well located for us. There was a pharmacy on the corner of the street which was also very handy. A petrol station is just a few hundred metres away where we stocked up on some water and other supplies; we did not look for a supermarket so not sure where the nearest one was situated. We asked for the shower head to be replaced as it was spewing water onto the window and windowsill and the hosts were incredibly responsive. The shower head was replaced within hours, so our showers were perfect without having to mop up afterwards! Really cannot fault this place. The one and only thing we want to tell people is that the road is quite busy outside. If you are light sleepers and need the windows open, then you may find that the noise is too loud for you to sleep. For us, it was absolutely fine, but needed to include this for sake of complete transparency.

The apartment is extremely clean and provides a great comfort. It has all facilities that you would need. The communication with the host was easy and we appreciaged the self check in and check out. Most importantly, the apartment has a great balcony with an amazing view of the Budapest cityscape and the church which is right across the road.

Everything was alright from the start! We could communicate, the getting into the studio was easy with the photos and it was in a perfect condition!

The bathroom didn't have blinds/a curtain, so I felt a bit exposed when I went to have a shower, I think it'd be nice to put something over the windows.

It felt new and modern. The decoration is very nice. The bed is very comfortable to sleep in. The table is very good for eating and working. The kitchen is fully equipped. The view on the square is nice.

The doors (bathroom and living room) make a lot of noise when closing them as they are scratching on the floor. The balcony door/window is not fully soundproof: the joints on the left side have a gap which lets some street noise in.
