LTWe were 2 families (4 adults + 5 kids) and the apartment was enough for us. Two rooms, two bathrooms and a "family" room with two beds. Apartment was clean and cosy. Location was fine as well but with kids we hat to take Grab for the city center (around 10-15Rm). Pool and kids playground was very good.
Someone might find it concerning as some wires were sticking out in the pool area. They were isolated but still, would be good bot to see them in the open :)

ESThis property is great! The pictures and the reality are totally a match (something really difficult in Asia!). Location is 5 minutes by Grab to City Centre. The apartment was super clean, smelled nice and all the linen were properly cleaned. The building is really secure and the swimming pool, gym and facilities are awesome. We were 4 and managed to have 1 bed for each, and all double beds. The host was really communicative and flexible. Totally recommended! - Penang is a top destination too.
I liked all, however my friends found the beds a bit hard for their liking, but still loved it!
MYFirstly the host very helpful, give fast and detail explanation one day before check in till check out. The suite is elegant, modern and so amazing just like what they promote in site. Pool also wonderful. Most important thing is everything was clean and organize. Thank you for wonderful memories here after 6 years visited Penang before. My family have great time here while I'm had meeting. Definitely will book here when come to Penang again next time. š©·š©·š©·š©·š©·
MYVery clean house and comfortable
There was noisy at 2.30 am infront of the unit, people taking and laughing
MYRoom is comfortable, clean and shine same as shown in photo. It also equipped with toiletries, towel, iron and water filter. Nice sunset view at the roof top swimming pool area. Not within walking distance to city center but is not a problem to us since we are driving.
All the facilities are exceptional but it would be nice if with kitchen towel paper.
