ViAn Hotel And Spa Danang

The hotel allowed me to check in early by about 45 minutes, which was very helpful. The room size was quite large, with a comfortable bed and good facilities. The location is also very convenient, being close to the beach and supermarkets. The front desk staff were helpful and responsive. Breakfast was good, although it was the same every day and mainly Vietnamese food.

Although the room looked clean, the floor felt sticky when walking without slippers, which was uncomfortable. I also faced an issue with the washbasin drainage, but after informing the front desk, it was fixed quickly. However, during the repair, the washroom was left unclean, and I had to call again to get it cleaned.

Nhân viên hỗ trợ hành lý không được nhiệt tình lắm. Nhà mình có người già và nhiều hành lý nhưng khi check out rõ ràng có nhân viên hỗ trợ hành lý rảnh mà lại không hỗ trợ

The receptionist and all staff were nice. English speaking and helpful. She helped us booked everything from transpo to activities at lower prices. So many ATMs and convenience stores around. The beach is 15-20min walk but the view is worth it. The breakfast is sooo good. The room is the same as the pictures it is very comfy and nice city view. Near the city attractions too.

夜にいる警備員？という人がいましたが、非常に対応が悪く、非常に不快でした。

De locatie van het hotel is goed. Het hotel ligt dichtbij veel eetgelegenheden en het strand, wat het verblijf praktisch maakt. Daarnaast is het tarief relatief laag, wat het misschien nog enigszins aantrekkelijk maakt voor wie vooral een budgetoptie zoekt. Al met al een redelijk verblijf als je puur naar prijs en locatie kijkt, maar verwacht verder weinig extra’s.

Ons verblijf in Hotel Vivian was helaas niet wat we ervan gehoopt hadden. Verwacht hier geen hoge mate van hospitality; de service voelde vrij afstandelijk en weinig betrokken. Het ontbijt was erg sober, zowel qua smaak als beleving. Er was weinig variatie en het geheel maakte een vrij ongeïnspireerde indruk. Ook het zwembad liet te wensen over het zag er eerlijk gezegd slecht onderhouden uit en nodigde niet echt uit om te gebruiken. De kamer zag er in de basis goed uit, maar door achterstallig onderhoud deed het geheel toch wat gedateerd en onverzorgd aan. Dat is zonde, want met wat aandacht zou dit echt een stuk beter kunnen zijn. De algemene ervaring met het personeel was matig. Niet onvriendelijk, maar zeker ook niet gastvrij of behulpzaam.
