Everything about Villa Lia Max Seminyak was beautiful. The villa was clean, spacious, private, and very relaxing. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always helpful throughout our stay. The atmosphere was peaceful and enjoyable, and the location was perfect. We truly loved our time there and would happily stay again.

Honestly, there was very little not to like. Everything was wonderful and exceeded our expectations.

The location was amazing.

The bathroom fittings didn’t work properly. Neither the showers nor faucets had any water pressure. It felt like they needed to be changed all across the villa.

The staff including the owner Paul, were all very helpful, friendly and easy to deal with. We had one little blip that was sorted out straight away. Would definitely return and highly recommend this villa

The staff were super helpful and friendly 10/10. The rooms were comfortable, great flow and layout.

Overall the stay was comfortable, though a couple of details could be improved. The coffee cups were quite stained and would benefit from being replaced, and the shower curtains could do with a refresh. Small touches like these would make a big difference.
