The bathroom on 2nd floor lover’s island smells like sewer. Ice cream machine is down.

The service is unbelievably great!! My wife was feeling sick and one of the workers, Gary made her some tea by going to the market for ginger, lemon, and used his own personal stash of tea & honey. I also forgot some important documents and they rushed to the airport to get them to me before our flight. Eugene our point of contact was very responsive and helped us organize our trip so it was seamless. The speedboat tour is the way to go. It was just my wife and me and we had a blast. But I could imagine it being even more fun with a group. Our tour guide Val was so much fun and knowledgeable. He showed us to the beat beaches and we were able to beat the crowd. One day it was rainy and the waters were choppy but our crew made me feel very safe. Special shout out to the crew: Vincent, Ronald, Macky, and John. The apartment it self was very spacious, had a great shower, AC, and even an ice cream machine. We were very relaxed and would stay here again. Thank you Apartments at El Nido for being the BEST!

APT is centrally located in town. We loved being able to walk to all the restaurants in the area along with the accessibility of getting a tricycle when needed. Quick ride to Lio and Vanilla beach. The staff were super friendly and provided anything we needed during our stay. They also have us fans and mini tote bags as a keepsake which was so sweet of them.

There was a horrible stench whenever we entered our room. We had to spray our perfumes to mask it during our stay.

The staff were super helpful. The rooms were large and comfortable. They helped us book a private island hopping tour which was exceptionally nice. There is plenty of drinkable water in the rooms and the outdoor lobby has unlimited water, coffees and soft serve ice cream, which was fun.

The rooms are not very sound proof so you can hear lots of outdoor sounds from the town like karaoke and parties.

The staff was extremely kind with us. they took care of all requests being professional and always making us smiling. We really enjoyed the staying. They really did everything to ensure our kid was fine and happy and this was really valuable. One big advantage is the location that is basically close to everything at El Nido.

the only minor point was about the cleaning of the room which didn't happen until we directly asked. But as soon as we asked, the staff made an amazing job in a short time.
