Location. It was close to my family

It still has keys, just one!!! not a digital lock with a code. Do not let the door close behind you if you do not have the keys. Even though I rang owner around 11am he was unable to have someone bring the keys until the next morning. Thankfully I have family 2 streets away. Usually places I’ve been to offer bath mats and a kitchen roll (paper towels) It may have been available in the linen closet but it was locked.

Unfortunately and with full awareness nothing

Dramatic dirt, a very large amount of rubble and concrete on the floors. Doors torn off their hinges with dangerous elements sticking out from the automatic closing system. Doors placed in the middle of the corridor making it difficult to pass. No bedding in two rooms and no towels. The remaining bedding was used. Leaking taps, a dramatically dirty bathroom, a very unpleasant smell in the rooms and the entire house. I have never seen such a dirty house. The owner answered the phone. He promised that someone would come to clean it by morning but that did not happen. This is my only and at the same time the worst stay carried out by Booking.com which I love... I warn everyone against staying in this place.

Nice little living room space for couches and TV watching. The bathrooms were mostly fine and the beds were comfortable enough to sleep in.

No soap to wash hands with. Door was a pain to lock and unlock and the locks would get stuck. Shower didn’t seem all that sanitary and while it is minor, there wasn’t anything in the kitchen after I was welcomed to “help myself” to stuff. If I came back to Liverpool I would definitely not stay in this place again.

Sadly the property smelt of cigarette smoke, and was missing some essential items. The place felt very tired and there were many things broken or old. It did not look like the pictures.

The location was very good. The rooms were also spacious.

We have no complaints at all.
