Cozy rural lodge, amazing views close to Holmfirth

Lovely location, felt like you were in the middle of nowhere however very short drive to local towns and shopping. Amazing area for walking. Lovely and clean accommodation. Shower pressure was amazing!

The double bed mattress was very firm. Could do with a welcome book with property details in and some hints and tips for where to eat etc

Went there with my octagenerian dad, a fan of LOTSW, who isn't so good on his feet. It was perfect. The view is stunning, the animals are great, really peaceful, and it's close enough to Holmfirth to get a taxi in and avoid the traffic. Also it was so clean, which is quite a feat given its rural setting.

I couldn’t stay away from the windows with the scenic view, the ducks, chickens, geese, owls rabbits, goats. So lovely to watch them all.

Great location - very peaceful and relaxing. The chalet is located on a farm so there are lots of livestock to see such as geese, ducks, chickens, a goat and sheep. The chalet is well-equipped with everything you need for a short stay and was very clean. The hosts communicated very well with us before and during our stay.

The double bed was very firm and not very comfortable.

Comfy accommodation in a lovely location within walking distance of Holmfirth. The owners live close by and were friendly and available if needed but left us to enjoy your stay.

Excellent rural location, with stunning views. Near to Holmfirth, with many varied bars and eateries. Also the pub, a short walk away, was very good too. Lot's of farm birds and animals, just on your doorstep. A great find.

I don't believe anyone would find fault here.
