Late check in

Room smell of cockroaches. Insect shit on bed sheet Cockroaches crawling around everywhere... After 24 hours check out still did not receive my deposit refund of RM100.00 but deposit much pay upfront by tngo ewallet. Paid within 10 minutes for deposit but to get refund after 24hrs still not received
