"Bad"

Very poor service with high prices. Also the hotel booked has been changed..As the cost of new hotel is 1750 per room but I have paid 6975 rupees.I have paid 3475 rupees extra with poor facilities. Hence requested Booking. Com to refund the Excess Money and please look into the matter.

"There was no stay"

I was holding book which was showing in app n booking customer service confirm it. When we reached there he told its full there is no booking
