NicholHouse - breakfast included

We had a wonderful stay! The room was perfect — modern, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything we needed. The location is fantastic, which made it easy to explore the area. The check-in process was smooth and well-organized, and the hosts were very kind and helpful, always available for recommendations and assistance.

The only downside was that during our four-night stay, the room was cleaned only once, and the bed linens and towels were not changed.

Gute Lage in Piano, man kommt mit den Öffis gut weg. Das Zimmer "Pink Room" ist schön eingerichtet. Es gibt eine Espressomaschine und Tee, Kühlschrank und Safe. Liegt in einer ruhigen geschlossenen Wohnanlage.

Auf der Terrasse zum Zimmer sind die Klimaanlagen, so das man Nachts nicht mit offenen Fenster schlafen kann und dann auch mit Klimaanlage schlafen muss. Der "Green Room" ist da vielleicht etwas besser aber kleiner. Gibt da viele kleine Mücken. Zum Frühstück geht man ca. 5 Minuten zu einem "Cafe Cherri" (ein Warm- und Kaltgetränk mit einem süßen Gebäck). Kleiner Tip: den Bewegungsmelder an der Kleiderstange mit einem Tuch abdecken.

Da dove iniziare? Struttura pulitissima, personale super accogliente spiegando tutto nei minimi dettagli, fornendo consigli. Andrea un ragazzo in gamba, Stefania tenerissima. Molto affabili. La struttura bella spaziosa, illuminata con giardino privato. Abbiamo soggiornato nella camera Flamingo è nella camera butterfly, la camera Flamingo a una jacuzzi molto nuova le camere sono spaziosissima super illuminate moderne con i LED perfette confortevoli aria condizionata parcheggio privato super sicuro. Mi ha fatto sentire veramente a casa. Pulizia giornaliera e colazione offerta al bar

We liked that it was spacious, clean and super friendly staff.

It was located a little farther than we expected. You had to walk past through 2 gates.

Room size. Small town location.

Staff did not explain dual bus systems and give us both schedules.

We stayed 3 nights at Estate4home-NicholHouse to visit the Amalfi coast and the island of Capri. The location of the accommodation is very good, being only a few minutes away from restaurants, pharmacies and shops. Also, the accommodation is very close to the bus station to Sorrento, Positano and Amalfi, 2-3 minutes walk away. The beautifully decorated room was always clean and equipped with everything we needed. The host was very kind and welcoming, she helped us with clear information about everything we asked her and made sure that our stay there was good. I recommend! :)

We would have liked the breakfast to be more varied and rich.
