Clean, cozy and close to the beach/restaurants.

The location was great . Within walking distance to fantastic restaurants and beaches

There is a little path going to the beach , I wish it was more accessible to the beach as I assume the hurricane took away the stairs, there was a a string of ties at the concrete wall to shimmy down but I didn’t feel comfortable doing so, but if you walk further down the street you can access the beach

Liked the convenience of being able to walk to French bakery in AM, also short walk to Lolo's and Calmos Cafe. Spiga, wonderful Italian restaurant, is one minute away! Pierre is an excellent host and very responsive to questions. Takes care of any issues in a timely manner - sliding door lock needed repair and it was fixed right away. Apartment is very clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable! Loved the patio for coffee and croissants from the bakery in the AM. Another nice feature is the motion sensor lights along the pathway and into the apartment that light up the way after dark.

We would have liked beach chairs. Pierre has ordered and waiting for them to come in so we expect they will be there on our next trip.

Pierre is an exceptionally friendly and polite person. He would do anything to make your stay comfortable and memorable. A lot of little things I really appreciated in his apartment. Its those little things. Wine bottle welcome, sun cream protection among many other. The location cant get better, you are few steps to the beach, although access can be difficult. The room is well equipped and the bed is very comfortable. The outdoor area is very relaxing and the entrance is convenient with outside shower to clean the sand from your feets. My two nights were the best in his hospitality. Highly recommend and will always come here.

Pierres place is truly a gem within the Grand Case area. It was so close to all the points we wanted to visit. Pretty big for a studio, with a cute outdoor area and patio, we got to enjoy all the spaces. Clean and with all the amenities needed. In addition Pierre was a delight to deal with and prompt to respond at all times. Absolutely recommend! Such a great space at a great value! Thank you Pierre!

We were looking for a quiet location that was close enough to the action. That's exactly what we found at Pierre's Place. It was in the perfect location to walk to all of the restaurants and beaches. There was attention to detail in the little things that make it extra special that you don't normally find. The Bluetooth speaker was a nice touch for sitting out in the screened in patio where we drank our coffee every morning. The bed was very comfortable. Good air conditioning, secure door, everything felt very safe and secure.

Everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations. The only thing that could have made it better is if there were beach chairs and umbrella available for use.

Just as described . Pierre so helpful , nothing too much trouble. Quiet , clean , comfy bed. Beaches and cafes, lolos , restaurants all close by and good. Safe to walk around alone.
