Usually breakfast is included. We were not told otherwise. Facilities not explained. Place closed until 4pm Too many signs of work in progress
USWe booked on short notice and were a little concerned because of earlier reviews. It's obvious the owners are in the process of improving the facilities and our room was great. The location was ideal for visiting the beach and running back into Keel for dinner. The bar was lively and served as a good place for guests and locals to gather.
IESheets and bathroom were clean
Very overpriced for a very poor quality room with no breakfast. Badly needs cleaning and painting. Bed was very uncomfortable small double with springs coming through the mattress. Shower drain blocked and filled with water. Generally very tired. The price should most definitely be reduced by 50%.

Rooms and bathrooms very old and could really do with a revamp, certainly not for the price we payed but clean,Bar toilets (No comment)!!!!Reception area needs updating and cleaning as it's the first place u enter in the hotel,Breakfast area should be used for evening meals maybe???On busy weekends,Few nice flowers/hanging baskets out front.

The property was very rundown. The door to the room hadn’t been painted and the decor inside was desperately in need of a refurbishment. The room was tiny because the en-suite had been squeezed into an already small room. The aerial was broken so the tiny tv didn’t work. We ordered fish and chips at 6.30pm but they had already run out of fish. There were no alternatives if you didn’t eat meat. Then later the bar ran out of Guinness.
IELocation was great. Beach only 50 yard walk away. Very friendly
