Location is fab, central to most attractions. Furniture looks original and beds were comfy. There is a portable air con unit in 1 bedroom and a free standing fan in the other one. Bedrooms are large and bathroom is split over separate toilet, shower, sink area. Kitchen is limited but serviceable, microwave, kettle, sink, coffee machine, fridge. Had basic utensils and crockery. Would benefit from a corkscrew! We encountered an issue with the shower which was resolved quickly with the owner and a request for additional towels also responded to immediately. We found the apartment easily, the instructions were straight forward using Google maps on foot. As others have mentioned there is a bar below which you can hear from the bedrooms but I recommend you join them, we enjoyed it!

This is an old apartment with uneven floors which might not suit some people. The ceilings are high and there were dust cobwebs which I think should be attended to. The bed frames were gorgeous and ornate but also had dust in the crevices.

the appartment is located in the central, main street, lots of things nearby. It's not super easy to find since it's in a courtyard between to restaurants but we got it on the second try :) We had some trouble getting thew keys, since we were givent the wrong code but the property responded quickly and all was resolved. The appartment(s) are on the 2nd floor and have a common entrance. The appartmant it self is super interesting, old school design, really interesting, and the bed was comfortable and big.

The directions and access - all these details could have been explained a little better but all in all we found the place without any major problems. The parking offered is about 1km away so keep this in mind if you're there for a longer period and have heavy luggage. Also the ammenities could be better - only 3 small cups, some glasses and some plates are really not enough. We were there for 1 night... and it didn't matter that much but for a longer stay it's not enough.

This was a beautiful apartment situated in an old, historic building in Bratislava's Old Town. The view from the window was absolutely stunning, directly overlooking St. Martin's Cathedral (Dóm sv. Martina). The apartment had everything we needed, including a microwave. We especially enjoyed the many vintage pieces of furniture and decor, which created a very romantic and atmospheric ambiance.

The apartment was on an upper floor and there was no elevator, which might be difficult for some. Additionally, some of the furniture showed a bit of wear and tear. Overall: We loved our stay in this charming apartment. The location and the view were fantastic, and the unique decor added to the experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

+ excellent location, right by St. Martin's church + very large and comfortable rooms + free parking at Falkenstein Hotel (less than 10 minutes walk from the apartment) + very comfortable beds

- due to the tall ceilings it's hard to clean properly, so there are a lot of spiderwebs and dust - windows need cleaning, they were full of spiderwebs, dead flies, dust and dirt (this is the point for which I deducted stars) - due to the ultracentral location (which is basically "party central" for brits, americans and austrians) expect a lot of noise during the night from partygoers, as well as from the staff at the restaurants/bars at the ground floor of the building - I would recommend the owners send information and instructions at least 24 hours before the planned stay, as sending it only a few hours before arrival gives insufficient time to plan the trip and organize oneself (since I was already on the road sincw early morning for example, I was only able to read the instructions when we arrived in front of the Falkenstein Hotel. Lucky I read from other reviews that this is where the parking is and that we found a parking spot right in front of the hotel)
