Nonostante appartamento condiviso, gli spazi risultano confortevoli, bagno/doccia top!

La cucina mancava di alcuni essenziali come dei tovaglioli, uno strofinaccio.... Migliorabile!

Esperienza molto negativa. Abbiamo pernottato una sola notte con bagno privato. A tarda serata, dopo esserci ritirati dopo cena, abbiamo visto che il nostro bagno veniva condiviso con gli inquilini della camera accanto perché il loro era chiuso a chiave (la struttura è provvista di bagni fuori le camere). Alla richiesta di spiegazioni la reception ci ha risposto in maniera generica senza nemmeno scusarsi né tantomeno rispondere ad un messaggio inviato in precedenza. Vergognoso abbiamo pagato per un servizio bagno privato e ci siamo trovati con un bagno condiviso. Serietà zero

The location was great, and the autonomous entry into the apartment was easy. I got very lucky in that there was practically no one staying in the apartment on the days I was there, so I had the kitchen all to myself. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great.

On the day of my arrival, I followed the instructions to enter the place, but was surprised to find the door to my room open and some objects on the bed. It also looked like someone had laid on the bed. I notified Valentina and after speaking to the cleaning company, she informed me that the previous tenants had stayed a bit after check-out and left their belongings there, but that the room had been cleaned. That means that the cleaning company didn't pass through after the tenants were gone, meaning they could've laid on the bed or done whatever, which is not okay. Moreover, there was a lot of dust under the bed. Valentina apologized for the "minor misunderstanding," but this didn't seem like a minor misunderstanding to me, especially considering that the room wasn't particularly cheap.
