They canceled my reservation without any reason. I had reserved a room for a week and it was OK until the day of my flight to Nairobi. When I arrived in Nairobi, I sent them a message that I was coming and I would arrive in half an hour, that the immediate response to your reservation is cancellation. whatever I told them that you have no right to behave like this, they only bullied me and said that it is what it is

They canceled on me a few hours before check in thereby messing up many things for me.

The place is spacious. Walking distance to restaurants and grocery store. Close to Yaya Center. Safe.

Lovely location

Booked two stays. The second time the private host overbooked and gave the apartment to somebody else. Only one option was offered, a dirty apartment in another area without a functioning stove top. We had booked breakfast inclusive which was not provided. Finally booking.com helped us relocate. Beware!

The house was beautiful and modern. We loved the rooms and en-suite bathrooms.. very clean and wonderful location. Thank you Faith!

The property informed us just a couple of hours before our arrival that they cannot host us because of electricity issues! Ridiculous!

Owner was a responsive and attentive host, quickly addressing any issue we had. The apartment is in a fantastic location near everything and a beautiful part of Nairobi. It was perfect for our two-day visit.

We had a wonderful stay in Ngozi's beautiful home. The view was breathtaking, and the space was impeccably clean, equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. She was always available and welcoming. We'll be happy to go back.

This apartment is such a great deal for the price! It's exactly as described, with an unbeatable location near Kilimani. It's just a short walk to the train station. Ngozi was super easy to reach, and the housekeeper was friendly, even though she doesn't speak English.
