Airco, good shower, minibar for cooling drinks, good bed, WiFi worked excellent, location good within center of town with great pizzeria just a close walk to the right (past the roundabout). Beautiful beaches just 15 min drive away.

No daylight, we stayed in room nr2, joint kitchen was only for breakfast, although all the stuff was there for lunch & dinner, we needed to fill out a ridiculous amount of info to check in, certainly not GDPR compliant.

Really comfortable mattress and pillows, everything new and working.

As we arrived, we saw a sign in the kitchen: "we REMIND you that the kitchen is for breakfast use only." But this had never been mentioned, neither before nor after the payment. So we asked immediately for explanations because the kitchen played a major role in choosing the accommodation (we had cheaper options and we chose that one specifically because of the kitchen). We were told that the kitchen was at our disposal but with the exception of the stove and the oven. They also sent us a screenshot from the Booking page that was clearly listing the oven, so we asked if we could use the oven but not the stove, however they persisted saying that we could not use the oven, only the microwave. No further explanations. To be fair, the stove was not listed on booking, but there were pictures showing a pot on the stove with pasta and tomato sauce there. Images communicate something, and if you want to communicate that the stove is not meant to be used, you stage your photo shooting differently. So we had dinner outside the first night, but the day after we asked through booking to change the dates of our stay with check-out the very next day and a refund for the days we wouldn't spend there. We contacted Booking customer service as well. So the next day at check-out time we were with our bags ready to leave but no answer from the accommodation yet. We called Booking again, describing our situation. At this point, they called the accommodation while we waited on the phone. When confronted by Booking, they said the oven was old and we couldn't use it for safety reasons (not mentioning why the stove, too). Immediately after the call, we received a message from the accommodation on WhatsApp accusing us of not saying the truth because the kitchen was at our disposal. We just couldn't cook!

1. The owners try not to have any contact with you. Everything is automated and you have to go through a long validation process with a few online subscriptions and passwords. The never show up even though they live in the level above the bnb. They realy only let you in from 3pm by sending you the code for the key box short before 3pm (we asked and got a short answer) but the rooms are ready from 1pm as we could see during our stay. 2. The bnb is situated on a narrow, loud and ugly street and there is not a lot of parking space. Inside it is dark, no good view out of the windows. Our windows were two small ones above head altitude like in a cellar. Rooms are small. The atmosphere is cold and there are no details which make you feel "huggy" in any way. There is only little kitchen equipment. No dish washer. An old and dirty sponge to wash your dishes. 3. We booked via booking.com (big thanks to them! , ...go on reading) Now the worst part of the story..... In the booking invoice was the price for the acommodation excluding a tourist tax ( in our case 1€ per day per person). This tax we had to pay by leaving that money in the room. So far so good. In the message the hostal send us via booking.com they wanted 3€ per person per night (???!!!???). So three times as much as in the official invoice. (Hahaha nice try) The very nice cleaning lady called a lady (maybe one of the owners family...). When we showed her our invoice and the issue she started not to let us speak out our opinion an always cut our words. She was very unfriendly and tried to let us look like stupid people.

The room was big and clean showers.

I was not able to use the oven for cooking. Apparently, you cannot use the kitchen, if it is not for making breakfast. That was wierd, awful and stupid. Just because what other people did to the kitchen last week does not mean I would do the same. Everyone is built different. I didn't meet anyone when I arrived. So silly they say you cannot check in until 3 if you actually do not meet anyone anyway. I asked for a later checkout (i asked til 12), the cleaning lady got pissed and said checking out is at 10:30 and just got annoyed with me.. Just stop talking to me, i am trying to leave the room as fast as possible for you..

It was literally a few steps away from our friend's restaurant. We're clean room, good size bathroom, comfortable bed. There is a full modern kitchen outside for communal use as well.
