Glitz Hotels 7even Hills- Nr International Airport Mumbai T2

It’s close to the airport but the auto driver could not find it. No way to find the entrance to the hotel or which floor. Despite the fact my reservation was confirmed they didn’t have a room for me. The man on the desk was nice enough to give me a room anyway. The bed is comfortable but the sheets too small to stay on the bed and the bathroom is horrible. Old and not really clean. And in the bedroom under the cupboards it’s dirty. The air conditioner not very efficient and the fan like a hurricane. All in all not a pleasant experience.

comod cover was misplaced and wasn't repaired/replaced till check out. it was a mess. checked in at 330 am and no sweet extension was offered even after requesting. breakfast served had insects and room had mosquitos.

Extremely helpful and professional staff. Room was also very well-maintained.
