The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. - No pets are allowed including Assistance Dogs. If found, a charge of £200 will be incurred. Late Checkout will incur an automatic fee of £50 If Late check out is over 2 hours late - you will be responsible for paying that day base rate without discounts, the charge will not award you possession of the property for that day A deposit may be required at the property.
