Apartamento Barcelona - GT

La ubicación, la piscina y sus instalaciones.

Limpieza muy justita, y el aspecto no era tan acogedor como parece en las fotos.

La ubicación del apartamento y además Torrox Costa nos ha parecido un sitio muy agradable, tranquilo, podías encontrar de todo, buen ambiente familiar. Buena piscina, buenas vistas desde la terraza, buenos chiringuitos. La playa agradable pero de piedrecitas, mejor ponerse cangrejeras.

Para unos días, una semana, el apartamento estaba bien pero con algunos detalles hubiera estado mejor. Las camas y el sofá no han sido cómodos. El ventilador de techo del salón parecía q se iba a caer en cualquier momento, no se podía poner. Me ha faltado un tendedero para toallas, bañadores y si hubiera puesto lavadora y unas pinzas. Y una lamparita de mesilla en la habitación. Son ideas para mejorar :)

Muy bien situado

Great location and a spacious apartment. Generally good facilities in the apartment which made for a good stay. Loved the 'sun room/balcony' area. It felt very very safe

There were areas of the apartment that would benefit from some simple maintenance - some white paint to smarten up marked areas, filling of gaps in the woodwork. More serious was the state of a couple of the internal doors - it looked like that had been 'punched' and there were holes in them that had been inadequately patched. Did not give a good feeling about the place. The enamel bath has been re-coated, but this is scaling off, making the bath unsuitable as a bath - fine for a shower as the shower mat covered the affected areas - really not ideal and below the standards that I would expect. Finally, the transmitted noise in the building is a problem - not unusual for Spain and the construction type, but the person upstairs clearly thought they lived in a detached house!!. In from work, out at 11.00 pm, back at 02.00, noise (which we would rather have not heard) from 03.00 to 04.00. Not every day, but weekends for sure. Not the fault of the owners, but we will not return to that property primarily for that reason.
