"It worked for us but it needs some TLC!"

The host was delightful, the apartment was very charming, the small balcony was very pretty, free parking was available very close by, the views were gorgeous from the balcony, and there was a kettle and a washer! It was thoughtful of the owner to text us info about sights in the area and also provide a free map.

There were missing light bulbs in both the kitchen/living area ceiling fixtures and in the bedroom. There was only enough laundry detergent for one load of wash so I hope the owner checks that before renting the apartment again. There was an empty shampoo bottle in the bathroom! The sponge for the dishes was ancient and should be tossed pronto! While the owner was with us, we checked the burners and one wasn't working. The owner wasn't aware of that and said he'd fix it for the next renters. It didn't matter to us at all. However, it was another indication that he's not paying attention to detail and being proactive to what's not working, missing, etc. The owner kindly carried one of our duffle bags and a backpack from the Duomo parking lot down 16 steps PLUS landings between the steps to the apartment which we appreciated. For those with any mobility issues or who don't like steps, this place is NOT for you.

Lovely cozy apartment, fully equiped, great shower, all looking new, equiped with washing machines and air conditioning, very close to the cathedral and a parking place.

We had a great stay! We stayed for one night, everything was comfortable and available for a convenient stay. Stocked kitchen, washer, thank you host for coffee. There was parking available very close to apartment near the church. We could walk all over the city comfortably from this location. Great view from balcony!!! Highly recommend and hope to be back soon!
