The apartment is very well located, right in the city center, with bars, restaurants, shops, and parking nearby.

The photographer is excellent; he captured the apartment from a very flattering angle. But in reality, it’s nothing like that. The kitchen starts right at the entrance door—which is completely made of glass and transparent, with not even a curtain on it. Then there’s the bathroom door, which doesn’t close because there’s no locking mechanism from the inside, and it has a very large gap that doesn’t add to the coziness. And the worst part is the bedrooms. They’re tiny, and the windows face one of the ruin bars. Outside, drunk people sing, shout, drink, and dance non-stop until 6 a.m. on both weekdays and weekends—I couldn’t sleep all night. The windows aren’t plastic, so it feels as if that whole crowd of people is in your bedroom. There is a wardrobe in the bedroom, but there’s essentially no room to store a suitcase. The apartment is very uninviting, even though the photos say otherwise and deceive us. It is significantly smaller than what the photos suggest.

Close to the sights, clean, everything new in the apartment. Kind owner.

Some basic things like a sharp knife in the kitchen were missing.
