Het is een ruim modern appartement met alle comfort.

Er is ontzettend veel geluidsoverlast van de bovenburen. De hele dag door harde bonkende geluiden en geschreeuw. Alleen in de nacht is het stil. Deze geluidsoverlast heeft ons verblijf behoorlijk verpest, je komt totaal niet tot rust.

Modern appartement and airco aanwezig. Bij iedere kamer een badkamer is top. Terras aanwezig.

Bij het aanzetten van meerdere elektrische toestellen sprong de hoofdschakelaar uit en moesten we telkens naar de kelder om de hoofdschakelaar van het appartement weer aan te zetten.. Te weinig bestek. Geen reserve handdoeken. Afstandbediening van airco kon je soms niet uitzetten, waardoor de hele dag bleef verder werken terwijl we daar niet aanwezig waren.

A few more better quality pots and pans would come in handy.

Very clear and straightforward check-in process. The location, although slightly uphill from the city center, was very safe and far enough from larger traffic corridors in order to provide a quiet neighborhood. Everything inside the apartment was clean and very well prepared. There were a lot of clean towels and all the necessary equipment in the bathrooms and the kitchen. The internet connection was stable all the time.

A little bit of noise from the apartment above, but nothing really special.

Four of us had a fantastic stay at this apartment. It was well-maintained and exceptionally clean, in a quiet part of Como. The space was very generous, offering plenty of room to move around and feel comfortable. The location is about 20 minutes walk from the funicular station, the main bus station, the lake shore or the cathedral piazza. As other reviews point out, the location is up a rather steep hill but that's only some 100 meters. Near the apartment there is a big supermarket (Esselunga), a bakery (Olly) and a few restaurants. The flat includes a coffee machine that uses Nespresso pods.

We really liked this place but found a few niggles that for us make a difference between a 9 and a 10: - The electrical breaker, located in the basement, trips if you run more than one appliance at a time. While instructions for resetting it are available in the guest information book, this issue should ideally be fixed. It's common to need multiple appliances, like the washing machine, stovetop and oven or microwave, to be used simultaneously. - There are only 6 place settings so you have to wash up after every meal. I found this quite unusual when there is a tonne of empty space in the kitchen cupboards for extra settings. - There is a full size dishwasher in the flat but no detergent was provided except for one tablet which you are requested to use to run the dishwasher at your departure (washing up liquid and laundry pods were provided) so you may want to bring some to save you buying a whole box - No oil, salt or other cooking staples are provided so you may want to bring some
