Spacious Centrally Located NEW 2 Bedroom Property!

We did not stay at this property due to serious cleanliness and accuracy concerns. Before our arrival, the property owner sent us the check-in instructions and door code through Booking.com Messenger. We arrived around 3:30 PM for a 4:00 PM check-in after access had already been provided. When we entered, the unit had significant pet hair throughout, a strong dog urine smell, visible dirt in multiple areas, and generally poor cleanliness. This was especially concerning because my daughter has a pet allergy, so the property was not suitable for our family. The property also appeared materially different from the listing photos. The lighting was much poorer than shown, and the furniture looked older and more worn than advertised. Because of these issues, we left shortly after arrival and did not stay at the property. I have used Booking.com for more than 20 years, completed around 100 bookings, and I am a Genius Level 3 customer. This was the first time I felt the need to request a refund because the property was not as represented and was not acceptable for our family.

As described!! Very clean and comfortable home close to all the major sporting venues and 10 minutes from the airport. Would definitely book here again when visiting.
