White Sands Beachfront l 2BR Condo with Ocean View

Located far off from the city but has direct access to the beach. Unlike the hotel next to it, the residence has less people and is quieter. Just a handful of people by the swimming pool. We had the table tennis and pool room all to ourselves. The 2 bedroom apartment has a fantastic view (17th floor). It is nicely furnished and has all the amenities. Housekeeping is done daily. Check in was fairly easy. We met the staff at a different location and they took us to the unit. There is no restaurant at the residence but you can walk next door to the hotel and dine there.

It is a bit of a distance to the happening places but we liked it that way. Getting around is also not difficult as you can just grab a ride

I have been here a few times. So I love everything. Great to hang on the Movenpick side and mingle with the tourists. Take advantage of the swim up bar and better beach chairs. (Not sure if rules changed but used to not be able to use the hotel side if staying in residence side) The view from this room is beautiful of course. Staff was always available leading up to and during the stay. There are signs on the residence side about it not being a hotel or Airbnb, basically says short term stays are prohibited and can face a 20k fine. No worries for me but if this spooks you avoid and spend the extra money for a villa or the Movenpick. Will return for sure. This was my 4th time staying between white sands and Movenpick. 🙏🏼😄

Restaurant in the white sands side on floor 1 is now closed which sucks cause it was amazing.

The swimming pool was amazing, nearly private swimming pool, because not a lot of people use it The facility itself is also good, no complain Perfect for the family and family chill
