Too far from everything. Transport was difficult and going on foot is 40min to the closest shop/restaurant/ferry

Tiene una vista muy bonita al mar, el departamento está bien decorado y equipado con todo los utensilios necesarios para cocinar. Hay buen aire acondicionado. Cuenta con dos baños. La anfitriona está atenta a tus consultas. Lugar ideal para pasar unos días tranquilos y en paz.

Es un poco alejado del ferry y del centro. Nos demoramos en llegar porque el taxista se equivocó (la ubicación se veía precisa pero creo que él estaba un poco apurado), así que necesitas si o si alquilar o carrito de golf o auto (hacerlo con tiempo porque todo cierra temprano en el lugar). La parte de la fachada luce viejita, da algo de temor al llegar pero el interior es mucho mejor. Algunos utensilios estaban sucios (la cafetera eléctrica estaba guardada pero había restos de café adheridos, quizá el último huésped no lo había lavado pero el personal de limpieza debió hacer mejor control y lavarlo). La cama grande estaba desnivelada porque se había desarmado la parte de la cabecera, al final lo pudimos arreglar pero pasamos buen rato intentando arreglar ello. No lo recomendaría para pasar una sola noche como en mi caso, pues está un poco alejado del ferry y de la playa Flamenco que es la más conocida y era nuestro objetivo por el poco tiempo que disponíamos.

The view

A bit further from ferry

The property has a beautiful view and was clean. Quiet location. The beach towels left for guest use were nice. Chairs are also available to use, although they're not really beach chairs.

Some things were not working properly. The first night we noticed that neither TV would turn on. Despite there being 3 remotes on the table next to the TV in the living area, apparently that TV will only turn on by manually pressing the button on the side of the TV, which we learned the next day from the host. The batteries were bad in the remote for the TV in the bedroom. After replacing the batteries, there were still issues with that TV functioning properly, but after repeated attempts, it did eventually work. The shower handle in the ensuite bathroom was broken. The water could be turned on and off, but the temperature could not be adjusted. Thankfully, it was stuck at a reasonable temperature. We tried to make pasta the 2nd night, but neither stove burner would get hot enough to boil the water. We gave up after waiting quite a while. None of these would have been significant concerns to us and we did not request that anyone come out to repair them, but when I reported them to the host the morning after discovering them just so she knew they were broken when we first attempted to use them, she said she would send someone to assess and determine if we had broken them! After more discussion with the host, she realized the damage was not from us, but it was still a frustrating interaction. There are also a few things missing from the bedroom that one would expect. There are two closets, but one is blocked by the bunk bed and the other is locked for the owner's personal storage, so there's nowhere to hang up anything. There are a few hooks on the end of the bunk bed. There's also no dresser or anything similar, so if you would prefer to take some things out of your suitcase, you're out of luck. More oddly, there's no real light in the bedroom! The light switch controls a nightlight on the wall. There's no overhead light and also no lamps, which would be a very simple addition.

The view from the balcony was spectacular. The condo was well equipped. The best part was the great service from Gia.

I would definitely recommend! Beautiful clean place. Easy to check in. Gorgeous view. I would stay here again.
