Location.

As you can see from the attached pictures, the room was not clean at the time of check-in. Stains and traces from the previous guest were visible on the toilet, as shown in the photo. Additionally, the room is in need of a thorough deep cleaning, few example photos are attached.

"Muy céntrico y cerca de ruin bars, pero quizás no la mejor para las familias. Limpieza deficiente."

El anfitrión nos pasó unas instrucciones claras del acceso al alojamiento, y estuvo pendiente de los mensajes que le enviamos. La ubicación es céntrica, muy cerca de ruin bars. El apartamento es cómodo para 2/3 personas y está muy bien de precio.

Por la ubicación del alojamiento, se escuchan muchos ruidos durante la noche de la gente que va y viene de fiesta. En el edificio parece haber más alojamientos turísticos. Muy recomendable para gente con objetivo de ir de fiesta, pero quizás no tanto para viajeros y familias que quieren descansar en horario "normal". Hay un bar de trabajadorxs sexuales en el local al lado de la entrada al edificio. La limpieza no me gustó nada, los platos y utensilios de cocina estaban muy sucios y las superficies grasientas. Fue bastante desagradable y empeoró nuestra experiencia en el alojamiento. Es un claro aspecto a mejorar.

Cozy apartment, easy check-in, and everything needed for a family stay

The apartment is located on the ground floor, which means that on Monday mornings the garbage truck can be quite noisy – around 6:30 a.m. Also, other residents leaving their apartments may occasionally cause some noise. It's definitely not the host’s fault, but something to be aware of if you're a light sleeper
