"Disappointing"

Amazing view.

Needed maintenance and a thorough clean. New linen on beds is needed, pillowcases had holes. Shared laundry room was very basic, full of the housekeepers washing and lost power despite us following the extensive instructions. Owner didn’t reply to our email asking how to get the power restored. Overly complicated emails and instructions from the owner. Bad first impression with barking dogs, rubbish bags at the gate and rusty broken entrance gates.

"Beautiful rooms with a view!"

The beds were very comfortable and the terrace was a pleasant surprise. Absolutely beautiful view of Como, the lake and the surrounding mountains. The security and automated blinds gave it a very private feeling. Check in was easy with all instructions sent to us before hand.
