Viable Inn , Mukteshwar - Himalayan View

Pros: Room size is big, spacious All rooms are suite , can accommodate 3 people as every room has a sofa cum bed

Way too many cons of the property - 1) Poor hygiene and cleanliness. Rooms are not at all maintained. Too many flies, mosquitoes, insects in the room and on the bed 2) basic amenities are not there. No replacement of towels despite asking 8-10 times No toilet paper despite asking 5 times 3) Not all rooms are Mountain View - side rooms are Valley view only even though we paid the price for Mountain View 4) Location is way too far off from the main town / points in Mukteshwar. The road leading to the hotel is narrow and you will get stuck if there is another vehicle on the road

Breakfast was not upto the mark and in same price can get a 4 star hotel with complementary buffe breakfast.

Tarif was shown gross. But while payment charged with GST. But GST invoice missing.It is not fair

Friendly caring staff

Property cleanliness is required all the time one saw paper and bottles lying about. The kitchen waste disposal needs special attention as smell cones when you sit near the kitchen portico

Stay was pleasant and comfortable. The natural environment is pure, a reflection of Divinity. The property is located in a scenic location and one can experience the beauty of nature and also peace of mind.

The hotel is good and also the location, The staff is polite and accomodating.
