It is hard to notice something positive in such ridiculous condition

We highly NOT RECOMMEND renting anything from this company. They know nothing about high quality service and they are true scammers. If you have any claims, they will not respect you as a customer. We found the place very dirty, sanitarily unprepared and full of insects and cockroaches… We were so disgusted that we didn’t want to spend any more time at this place. We evidenced everything and informed about it all the owner and booking immediately, then we booked another apartment and requested a full refund. Not only the owner didn’t respect our claim and customer rights but they wanted to get rid of us in every way and take all the money for a very bad service. They offered us cleaning and disinfestation service but that was not an option in such a ridiculous condition of the apartment and we didn’t want to waste any more time of our short vacation. Also the rent price was much too high for that apartment condition. They tried to send us away to request a refund from booking. Once we called booking in their presence and booking stated that the owner has to clearly agree to a refund per e-mail/chat, they pretended not to speak English. When Spanish line called them, they disagreed to a refund. They always looked for ridiculous excuses not to agree to any refund and they tried to manipulate us, booking and even the police. We got a non satisfying 50% refund only after police intervention and ended-up with wasted money, nerves and with an unprofessional and disrespectful service.
