A black sink and toilet is not the best idea.
DEWe parked our car in the CHIOGGIA PARC parking lot, about a 10-minute walk from Ca 'Memi. https://g.co/kgs/xBiHAE . At first we walked to the address given without our luggage - we picked it up later from the parking lot - and after an estimated 600-800 m we met Eliana, who was already waiting for us. The apartment is in a small side street of Calle Fattorini in a perfect location right in the old town of Chioggia, it couldn't be better. The apartment is on the second floor of a house and has two levels. Everything is comfortably furnished and offers enough space for two people (or three). Three independently operable air conditioning units round off the apartment, so you can stay cool even at night in hot weather. You will find a fully equipped kitchen, a pleasant bathroom with a large shower, everything is perfectly clean and tidy. Chioggia is worth a visit and with Ca'Memi you have a perfect starting point, we enjoyed our stay very much and would come back again.

HRNice apartment decorated with a lot of taste and love. Great location in the very center of the city. The owner ensured us entry into the ZTL zone and a parking space!
The first unlocking of the apartment is via the link sent to you by the owner after you fill out the application form. Great idea, but it only works if you have a good cell phone signal. We didn't have one, so unlocking it took a while.
