Very nice room and decoration!

A hotel to avoid, not because of the facilities, but because of how they treat their guests!!! Let me explain: I stayed for two nights in the Deluxe Suite last month. The room, and the villa overall, are simply stunning. The bedding is very comfortable. However, a few issues really dampened my stay. First, the floor of the room was dirty, and there were dead red centipedes in both rooms. The housekeeping team came to remove them twice. The shower head was leaking heavily, so I informed the staff and asked for it to be replaced. They told me it would be done the day of my departure. On the last night, I woke up to find a cockroach in my bed — which doesn’t exactly inspire confidence about the hygiene conditions of the kitchen located right behind the room. The staff kindly offered me a complimentary breakfast, which I was actually glad not to pay for, because it was not at all up to the standards of a 5-star establishment (yes, 80€ per night for Bali is equivalent to a 5-star hotel!). The coffee, in particular, was terrible — they really need a proper espresso machine. That said, none of this was a big deal, and I was still quite happy with my booking overall. I’m not particularly scared of insects, fortunately. No — the reason I’m writing this review today is because I was threatened by the two villa supervisors. Here’s what happened in detail: all five rooms in the villa were fully booked on the day of my departure, so I couldn’t get a late check-out. That was fine; I didn’t complain. I stayed by the pool and planned to leave around 3 PM to go to my next hotel. It turned out the villa had actually been fully privatized by a group, who were understandably unhappy to see me still there. However, no one from the hotel ever informed me that the villa would be privatized, or that I had to leave before 2 PM. Had I known, of course I would have gone to my next hotel, which also had a pool! So the staff came to tell me I needed to leave because the group had arrived.

Thank you Kardi! We really love Villa Poco-Poco!!! We enjoy the food, the atmosphere and the kindness of all the staffs. Your team is professional and react quickly. Hope you can have more villas in Bali, see you next time!

The location can be better, the country road is quite narrow.

Es war einfach ein Traum! Eine Oase der Ruhe! Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und fürsorglich und haben uns eine tolle Zeit beschert! Etwas abgelegen vom großen Trubel was uns nicht gehört hat mit dem Roller den wir dort gemietet haben waren wir flexiebel unterwegs! Vielen Dank für alles!

The homely feeling and beautiful natural setting. Peaceful, quiet and relaxing. Our room was spacious and felt luxurious. Being on whatsapp with the staff was convenient and they're very helpful and responsive.

Outside the villa, the road is terrible and the surroundings rather unkempt. Makes you uncertain about taking a walk.

Loved the bed and the bedding, the garden, and the huge bathroom!
