Good communication by the hosts, directions etc.

There is nothing not to like! The only suggestion I could make is, maybe leave some fresh milk? There is plenty of tea, coffee, sugar but no milk. If there is milk in the fridge it would make a nice welcome, especially for those who have travelled far. Apart from that, the cottage has everything you will need for a relaxing getaway from the norm! It was very cosy when Storm Dave rattled through last night, hearing the wind and rain outside with the log burner going inside was lovely.

The property is well located with easy access to local towns which offer beautiful walks and history. The property also was well equipped making it feel like a home from home

Fabulous and quiet rural location. Very well equipped kitchen with basics like hot drinks, oil, salt etc. Extremely clean throughout and very well looked after. Responsive and helpful hosts. Super cosy lodge, can’t wait to go back!

A supply of shower gel/shampoo would be nice. WiFi doesn’t reach the other bedroom, maybe a booster is needed? Oven needs a good clean. Apart from those small pointers, fabulous stay overall!

Beautiful location,helpful and responsive host, great property, peaceful. Easy parking, privacy. Great to have the log burner,bbq & hot tub! A lovely stay!

Shower gel wasn’t provided, also not enough towels (only 1 each but we were using hot tub so needed more) A few supplies basic would have been helpful (olive oil, milk, for when you arrive would have added to the stay. Also I didn’t find the info leaflet until the end of the stay so having on the dining table might have been more obvious. Only small things though- we loved the property and had a great stay

This is such a cosy place to stay. It is very well equipped and extremely comfortable. It is in a very quiet location.

Very clean cottage, welcoming and homely. Slept really well and enjoyed the quiet of the countryside

Fabulous time spent here - very welcoming and all those home touches. 6 mile from monmouth and Ross on wye close by.

Only downside was narrow roads but once navigated carefully it was such a great place nice and relaxing.

The lodge was absolutely fantastic and exceeded our expectations with the furnishings and cleanliness. The hot tub was a great addition to our stay. Noemi was a brilliant host and ensured that we were happy with everything and was on hand if needed. If you're looking for a secluded stay in the area, I couldn't recommend anywhere better!

Stinging nettles getting to the key safe! Booking.com is misleading as the hot tub is not part of the package and not available unless booked separately.
