GBThe location was spot on for my needs. The host was perfect. Nothing was too much trouble and so approachable and friendly. Information about the local areas was available. The annexe was absolutely spotless and beautifully designed. The large walk-in shower was a real treat. Total privacy but with the owners next door if help needed. Parking is available right in front of the annexe. Fresh milk and juice and tea and coffee making (machine) facilities. Extremely large first-floor bedroom. Downstairs is a very modern design. Totally to my taste. I would highly recommend a stay in the annexe.

GBQuite a luxurious self contained annex on the southwestern outskirts of Exeter with parking space, full kitchen with some mini cereal boxes and tea/coffee bags and bathroom downstairs and bedroom upstairs with comfortable bed and plenty of cupboard space. WiFi is good and close to a nice looking pub and the village of Ide.
GBIt is beautifully furnished with high quality equipment and was spotlessly clean. Everything we needed was there. Dawn and Ian were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. It is a light and airy property and quiet.

GBPerfect for the purpose of our trip as we didn’t want to stay in a hotel. It’s located in a beautiful part of Exeter. Perfect for a morning jog too. We were visiting due to looking at the University of Exeter. The owners had left us milk, orange juice, teas/coffees, cereals etc. This was immensely appreciated! We spoke briefly to the host and he was amicable and friendly. They have a dog who is like a big teddybear 😉.
