No breakfast, but all the amenities to cook our own. The area was safe, and walking distance to restaurant and cafe. Across the road from Hutt hospital. This place was great!

The place is beautiful. So so clean, newly renovated. Has everything you could possibly need! Highly recommend

It was a busy road location but the privacy was excellent, being the rear unit. Off road parking was good and well lit by the service station next door. I loved the homely feel having just spent a week in a hotel room.

I would liked a dryer or a little clothes line to do some washing.

Perfect location for a wedding at the Robert Orr Heritage house, well set up and love the character of the building. Andrea helped out with extending the stay on short notice too, cheers Andrea

A wall of the living room is an internal wall that a bit of sound goes through, so gotta keep a bit quiet or book both sides
