The billing services were very complicated.

Great value for money! Nice food, good reef, spacious villa, fantastic staff. Chef is great! Our butler Visham did a great job.

Pool water was too hot, so pool was mostly unusable. Transfer from airport is worse than from more upscale hotels: common bus, poor service, poor lounge.

The resort is incredible. The food and beverage options were excellent and the over water villa was idyllic.

The staff were outstanding! Wisham, Jude and Rai must get a special mention as they went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic stay and made memories. However every single member of staff shone in their own way and were always soo pleasant and ready to help. The wine selection is fantastic and the overwater villas are to die for!

Просторная вилла на воде с террасой и бассейном (очень классная вещь после заката и на рассвете), вид на лазурный океан, пляжный риф с миллионом разновидностей подводной живности (столько причудливых форм и расцветок даже не представить), белоснежный прохладный песок и настоящие джунгли c летучими лисицами вокруг!!! Очень удобное перемещение по острову как на велосипедах, так и на багги, но велики — особый кайф). Еда замечательная, великолепный выбор вин — вкусно было всё и везде! Минимальный дресс-код — дико приятно обедать на пляже мокрыми и босиком) Забота и внимательность персонала заслуживает наивысшей оценки — продумано всё до мелочей для абсолютного комфорта гостей! Отдельное спасибо нашему персональному ассистенту Вишаму, который прямо угадывал все наши желания (напомнил про бесплатную замечательную экскурсию к дельфинам, бронировал за нас все рестораны на идеальное время, подарил забавный завтрак в бассейне на вилле и т.д.) и сделал наш отдых совершенно беззаботным))) Отдых превзошел все наши ожидания — как мы теперь в Турцию поедем?)) Ну, про Турцию не надо))

Tout était parfait. Pas besoin de faire de snorkelling pour voir les poissons. On peut aller les voir a pied au petit matin face au beach grill pres des rochers. Wisham était un concierge exceptionnel! J ai eu plan de surprise pour mon anniversaire. Allez voir les dauphins c est une superbe active

From the moment we arrived, our experience felt nothing short of magical. We stayed as a couple in a Water Villa with a private pool, and it was everything you dream of when imagining the Maldives—spacious, beautifully designed, new, and impeccably clean, with direct access to the most crystal-clear water. To reach the resort you have to take a seaplane, which by itself it is a beautiful experience. We chose this resort to celebrate a birthday, and I can honestly say the team went above and beyond in every possible way to make it unforgettable. The all-inclusive experience here is, without exaggeration, the best we’ve ever had. Unlimited food and beverages across all four restaurants (just like 2/3% is at extra cost), with consistently high quality and variety—it truly exceeded our expectations. You never feel restricted; instead, you feel encouraged to fully enjoy everything the resort has to offer. The island itself is stunning. The beaches are pristine, the water is unbelievably clear, and the house reef is ok for those who wants to snorkel right off the shore. On top of that, the resort offers fantastic excursions, where you have the chance to explore breathtaking reefs and swim alongside manta rays and turtles. What truly sets this place apart, however, is the staff. Every single person made us feel welcome, cared for, and genuinely valued. Their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile is something rare. A special shout-out to the team at the Sunset Bar for their incredible energy and hospitality. We would also like to give an honorable mention to Nitim, Richi, Nitim, and Siri from the Food & Beverage team—always kind, attentive, and incredibly hardworking. Elena from Guest Relations was wonderful and ensured we were fully satisfied. And last but not least, Sid, our Villa Host, who was simply exceptional - always available, proactive and genuinely invested in making our stay perfect.

Prices for extras and the excursion were quite expensive. Although, I think it’s the average price you find in other luxurious resorts in the Maldives.

We had a wonderful experience staying at the Emerald Maldives Resort. Luxury at its best! Impeccable service with Wisham that was assigned to us. He made our journey a memorable one, with his professionalism, yet friendly and present. Paying discret attention to our every need. Thank you Wisham! Our only regret was to have spent only one night at this resort. Will definitely consider going back.
