Best Location, Family friendly Panorama view by NW Apartments

Loved this place, right in a central spot, with lots of activity- close to food, drinks and entertainment. The apartment itself was cute and well maintained. Appreciated having a washing machine and full kitchen. Loved the living room and terrace.

The apartment is above a bar area and can be loud at night. As long as you’re aware of it and use ear plugs or wear yourself out from a full day of sightseeing, it’s fine.

The location was perfect, making it easy to reach all the sightseeing places either by foot or public transportation. The brightness in the living room and bedroom was also pleasant.

Complicated Check-In: Starting with the check-in, they made it complicated to get the code on their check-in web app to open the key box, and the apartment entry was dark without access to turn on the light. Poor facility: There's a lift, but unfortunately, we could only go up and couldn't go down because it required a key, which we were neither informed about nor given. It was not easy for us to bring down all our luggage when checking out. VERY LOUD Noise: The noise at night was LOUD. There's a bar downstairs that was packed every night, and the patrons were loud until 3-4 am. The windows in the apartment did nothing to block the noise because they weren't airtight and most of them were barely closable. We had to wear earplugs to sleep. Lousy Customer Service: We got different responses to the same question: 1. We asked for coffee capsules, and the first response was to ask us to look in the kitchen cabinet; when we didn't find any, they came back with a totally different response saying we needed to buy the Nespresso capsules ourselves. 2. The same situation occurred with starting the oven. They initially asked me to check a video, then later responded saying I needed to use the firestarter, despite confirming initially that I only needed to turn the wheel. Horrible Way of Handling Emergencies: The most unpleasant part of this stay was how they dealt with emergencies. We accidentally broke the key the day before checking out and were asked to pay €100 in damage compensation. I told them that the key was no longer stuck in the keyhole, yet they still sent a male to collect the money a few hours later while I was still trying to figure out if the procedure was in accordance with Booking.com's damage policy. We were three females and felt scared, so we felt compelled to give the money. They weren't helpful in solving the other two problems but sent someone right away to collect the money, which was both scary and threatening.

Good location, the place is clean, convenient and they provide everything in the apartment

The mattress is always separated so its hard for us to sleep and have to fix it everytime.

Firstly this property is located very close to about 5 bars and several fast food outlets that only seem to close at around 2am, there are people out drinking and eating in the street till the very early hours of the morning and this was February would be much worse in the summer months. it’s incredibly noisy and I’m deaf! If you like to party till the early hours then this place is for you. Then there is the wheelie bins being emptied most days just under the window and around 30 of them between the hours of 4-6am. Before arriving I asked the owner if I could arrive a bit early as my flight landed early but he said it was not possible - I did arrive early and knocked on the door just by chance, there was no reply so opened key safe on the outside wall and let myself in 2 1/2 hours early and not a problem it was ready for me, I feel he could have let my in as I had been travelling for over 10 hours by them and just needed to put my bags somewhere. I would emphasise this apartment is in a very very very noisy part of the city so if you do stay take ear plug - at home I live across the road from a pub so I’m use to noises and as I said I’m deaf!!! But it’s like a street party going on all night. Communication with the owner was not great
