It was such a beautiful property and location. The staff were extremely helpful. It was everything I wanted out of my short trip to Da Lat.

The only issue was it was a bit difficult for grab drivers to find the property but that can't be helped!

During the cold weather below 10°C, they proactively provided a heater, making us feel warm, comfortable, and truly cared for. What impressed us most was a thoughtful surprise before departure — the staff washed our car without being asked. Waking up to a spotless car was a small yet powerful gesture that left a lasting impression. This level of service is rare and absolutely worth five stars.
