La Casita de La Esperanza

Cute little cabin type of place. We stayed in December. Not warm outside at night, but easy to heat a small place like this.

The house is very quiet despite the proximity of the airport, we did not hear the planes. The garden is big and sunny. It was a bit chilly (January) and the landlord gave us some wood to make fire, we also found a good place nearby to buy some more. The beds are very good and there are plenty of blankets and towels available. Everything is clean and welcoming.

In January the weather is quite wet (despite the shining sun) in this part of the island so towels, clothes etc did not dry properly. The table inside is very small for lunch or dinner, and unfortunately the weather was too cold during our stay to eat outside (the place outside is really nice!), except for breakfast some times. The oven did not work, nor did the washing machine, but for the short stay, it was not a big problem.
