We liked the photos upon booking but they are all not the same when my family went there! Very disappointing

No communication We tried to call ahead of time to confirm and once we had a response, was only told owner was iverseas and thats why they cant answer promptly -- sad to say this is not a good excuse Toilet was FILTHY there were fecal styff and smelled awful Even the pool, it was under maintenance last December and we were not told durung free cancellation time when we asked -- very dodgy!!!@ The people there only said they dont have cleaning materials We had to TRANSFER TO ANOTHER ACCOMODATION!!! We have tried to contact for refund and it has already been 3 months and we cannot contact them again

Les logements sont rudimentaires. Les draps étaient propres mais les moustiquaires sur les lits étaient sales. Un filet d’eau pour la douche. Les équipements extérieurs laissent à désirer, chaises en plastiques sales, poubelles non vidées !!
