Varenna La casa di Giulia

Giulia is an amazing host who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect! Loved the location, with a short walk from the busy Varenna (visiting in the summer time) and the little swimming spot across the road. Very clean apartment with a comfortable bed and beautiful views of the lake.

The property is spacious and has an amazing view of the lake. Really loved it! The host is always available and so helpful! They pick you up from the train station and welcome you.

Nothing! Just a 15 minute walk to Varenna.

Everything was wonderful! Location is super close to Varenna, so we never had to use any transport. Apartment was clean and convenient, with an amazing view to the lake itself. Bed was very comfotable and it was quiet during the night - bedroom window was not directed to the street. We enjoyed everything and would recommend this place to everyone :) Giula and her husband were amazing hosts - super helpful and caring - we’re grateful for their warmth :)

We loved the location outside of the hustle and bustle. You will need a taxi from the Varenna train station - it is too far with luggage. We walked into town daily - about 20-25 minutes. Clean, modern apartment with amazing view right over the lake in a nice quiet area. Michelin reviewed restaurant in the next building that was excellent for dinner one evening. Fully equipped kitchen if you want to cook and a washing machine which is essential for us when traveling light. The host Guilia responded quickly to any questions or concerns. When I left some important items in the apartment after check out she went above and beyond to retrieve them and bring to me at the train station. Truly an amazing host and we would highly recommend.

Some street noise at night to be aware of but that is out of the hosts control.

Giulia is a kind and generous host. She met us at the station and took us to a supermarket and drove us back to the station when we were leaving which was a big help. She left extra things in the fridge which was a nice surprise. The view is fantastic.

The best hosts ever! Excellent location just 20 minutes walk/5 minutes by train from Varenna. Magnificent view from the windows. Quiet. Super comfortable bed.

We loved EVERYTHING about this stay. It's even better than the pictures. It exceeded our expectations. Giulia is such an incredible host. She even helped us to get to and from the station with our luggage. The walk to Varenna itself was beautiful and took no longer than 20 mins. It's an added bonus that you can swim right downstairs in the lake. We really didn't want to leave. I'd highly recommend this peaceful stay.

Everything was just beyond perfect. Excellent location, great view of the lake, newly renovated apartment, and what lovely host we had, Giulia and her husband 😍 they were very helpful in every aspects and took special care for the comfort of my little one. They helped us with giving suggestions about the places to visit, took us for grocery shopping and helped with our luggage as well. All in all it was a superb experience we had and will recommend this accomodation to others who want a great stay in varenna.

We had a wonderful stay! The hosts were very kind and generous! The views are amazing and the place had everything we needed. The host provided us beach towels to be able to swim. They were constantly checking on us to make sure we had a great trip and we definitely did!!! Sad to leave such a beautiful place. Highly recommend.

A fantastic accommodation and very nice host. We were well received when we arrived and received an instruction about all the facilities at the accommodation. The accommodation met all our expectations, magical view of Lake Como, close to swimming and restaurants and to the train station.
