Where to start? The Villa has it all: from a great saltwater pool, over a well-equipped kitchen to a Jacuzzi with a rooftop terrace and outdoor bathroom (in addition to 2 normal bathrooms).

Nothing. Minor issues were being solved by the owners.

Beautifully designed Villa that is very stylish and modern. Really comfortable with lots of seating areas to relax in and enjoy the coastal views. The owners were very helpful providing lots of local information and tips on the best places to visit and for good restaurants. We would definitely go back!

It was extremely clean. All the facilities were perfect. Very comfortable. Lorena is an amazing person who made our family break go by without a single problem

Beautiful villa ..everything you need and across the road from beach. Recently refurbished and is immaculate with cleanest pool we have had.

Road noise can be a bit loud if you have problem with such things

As soon as we walked in the door we realised that it was not fit for purpose in that it was smelly and dirty. It was an expensive villa at 3000 euros. The dishwasher had old smelly fish in the filter, the shower drain was blocked so that it flooded, the rooms were odiferous including the cupboard that housed the crockery. We decided to try and retrieve our time in Sicily and booked into a hotel in a different part of Sicily. We have been in contact with booking dot com ever since this unhappy event and to start with they sent back placating emails with no proper response as to refunding half the cost of this expensive villa. In reality we didn’t feel safe staying in the dirty villa at all but we needed time to find somewhere else and then to get back in order to be close to the airport for our flight onwards to Mainland Italy. It was appalling especially in light of the recent world wide pandemic. Now booking dot com are saying we have to deal with the owners of the villa, even though our contract is with booking dot com and not the owners.

The outdoor area with a swimming pool is lovely, but be aware that the outside shower is not working and there is a pizzeria next door. Therefore, during high season it can be busy and noisy. The renting company representative is very helpful and always answers fast. Location is next to the beach.

The villa is too outdated for this price range. You can see that a designer made "touches" to dress up the villa. But you will spot fast that the walls haven't seen the paint for very long time (every previous guest leaving prints of their stay:)), some former water damage spots in one bedroom on the ceiling barely covered, towels could be newer, inside walls getting dark (sign of mold possibly) in the shower cabin and smell that we tried to chase out by buying extra air fresheners. It felt for us, unfortunately, as an expensive downgrade compared to the housing option we got centrally in Siracusa a week before.
